What is package protection?

We offer premium package protection for your Gymreapers order. When you add package protection at checkout, you add coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if they arise. 

If you experience issues (loss, theft, or damage) with your order and you've added package protection, please get in touch with  support@gymreapers.com immediately. Be sure to include your order number and any information you have from the carrier (UPS/USPS). We will review your request and process a reorder or refund within 48-72 hours (during regular business hours).

Note: If your order does not have package protection applied, Gymreapers is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.
