Can I update or change my delivery address?
We understand that you may need to update your delivery address due to an error or preference. Some carriers have a self-service option that allows you to make the change, however, Gymreapers cannot make changes once an order leaves our warehouse. If the order has not yet departed our warehouse (no tracking email was sent to you), please reach out to our support team to request a change.
NOTE: If this option is available to you by the carrier, it will be included in the tracking information sent to you when your order left the warehouse.
