Are orders impacted due to COVID-19?

No major problems to report from us. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and carriers, who are advising us of the changing circumstances that they face daily. Minor delays are happening internationally.

Per our normal policy, we ship from our warehouses from Monday to Friday. That means orders placed on a Friday or the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. We’ll be contacting you via email if there are significant delays or changes, so you’ll stay up to date.

We encourage and still accept orders (U.S. and international). We do suggest using an address that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have limited access.
